I’m Matthew White, an Army veteran, father of three boys, and a proud Rock Hill resident. After leaving the military, I knew I wanted to build something rooted in the same principles that guided me during my service: hard work, integrity, and always doing your best. That mindset laid the foundation for Elite Earthworks.
I’ve always loved being outdoors, and there’s something incredibly fulfilling about helping property owners take the first step toward building their dream homes. Whether it’s land clearing, grading, or installing a driveway, I take pride in delivering high-quality results and building relationships that last.

Our Story
Elite Earthworks is a veteran-owned and operated excavation company proudly serving Rock Hill, SC, and the surrounding areas. Our journey began over a decade ago when I started working in dirt work and excavation right out of high school. After five years in the military and some time in the painting industry, I felt the pull to get back to my roots, working with the land and helping people shape their properties.
That passion led to the official launch of Elite Earthworks about two and a half years ago. We invested in reliable equipment, built a strong online presence, and hit the ground running to provide excavation and site development services that our community can rely on.
